What this site collects

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Two small settings, whether motion is paused and whether you have already seen the opening animation, are kept in your browser for the current visit only.

Our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Enquiries

If you contact us by email or through the enquiry form, we use your name, email address, company and message only to reply and to discuss possible work with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation, and no longer than two years after the last contact unless a contract requires longer.

The system examples

The animated system examples on the AI systems page use invented data. Nothing on that page is sent or stored.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing tarek@donalep.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Portugal this is the CNPD.
